Birchwood Conservancy is a well-respected, internationally recognized center operating under the direction of Birchwood Farm. Since 1993 Birchwood Conservancy has provided a secure agricultural setting for the preservation of heritage breed domestic animals and plants which are on the brink of extinction.Gathered from all corners of the world, Birchwood Conservancy houses and maintains a private collection of rare cattle, horses, goats, swine, poultry, sheep, working dogs and plant varieties.
